Lewis Psychology CIC

62-70 Tettenhall Rd, Wolverhampton WV1 4TH, UK – 01902 827808

I attended the 8 week Mindfulness For Stress Course and the Mindful Wellbeing Graduates Course both delivered by Theresa Lewis. Both courses were enjoyable, interesting and of great benefit to my own personal development. I took away insights, knowledge and practical actions that have stayed with me, and motivated me to maintain my own personal mindfulness practice. I am a stronger, happier and more resilient person as a result. The courses are delivered professionally and within a supportive group setting. I would highly recommend them - and often do!

Teresa Lewis is a very professional and empathetic Counsellor and Mindfulness Teacher. I would highly recommend Lewis Psychology Mindfulness courses as a way of coping with the many demands of our busy lives - she has totally transformed the way I deal with my own life!

Beech Tree Counselling

Church Walk, Wolverhampton WV3 7BY, UK – 01902 343324

The counselling service was thoroughly professional, meaningful and calm. It helped me move on during a very difficult time and the support was insightful, reassuring and discreet at all times. I would recommend Sarah to anyone experiencing any difficulties, problems and challenges as the counselling is supportive, really empowering and transformational. For an excellent counselling experience you should try Beech Tree Counselling. Sarah helps you find your own value and meaning in a sensitive and nurturing way.

Bole Counselling Services

29 Dunster Grove, Wolverhampton WV6 7RU, UK – 07387 346009

I have had therapeutic help from Lianne in the past and she is a very supportive and empathic counsellor. I highly recommend her if you are looking for someone who will listen to you non-judgmentally and give you a private and safe space in which you can explore things in confidence. She was definitely trustworthy and I felt better after talking to her :)

I had a really great experience with Lianne. She let me explore things at my own pace without pressuring me, and really worked to stay with me and understand where I was coming from. Very supportive without being intrusive. I would highly recommend her to anyone, both those a little shy to try counselling and those who have had counselling before.
